These Terms govern your use of Gulf Travelers (gulftravelmanagement.com), a subscription web portal operated by HawkBiz Global Services LLC ("Company") for travel agencies in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait.
Gulf Travelers is billed on a recurring monthly subscription, starting at AED 99/month. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial; no card is required to start the trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
You agree to use the portal only for legitimate travel agency operations and not to upload data you are not authorized to process on behalf of your clients.
You retain ownership of all client and traveler data you upload. We act as a data processor on your behalf.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, HawkBiz Global Services LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the portal.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
