Gulf Travelers ("we", "us", "our") is operated by HawkBiz Global Services LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what data we collect through gulftravelmanagement.com and our portal, and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

To operate the portal, we collect account information (name, email, phone, agency details) and, because travel agencies use our platform to manage their own clients, the traveler data our customers upload — including passport details, visa documents, and trade licenses. This traveler data belongs to our customers; we process it on their behalf as part of the service.

2. Payment information

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers — Stripe handles this in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and maintain the portal
• To process subscription billing
• To respond to support requests
• To improve the product based on usage patterns

4. Data protection compliance

As a UAE-registered business, we handle personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).

5. Data retention

We retain account and traveler data for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion by contacting us.
